Hi, I'm Angelica! I'm an integrative nutrition health coach and HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) practitioner. My journey into health and wellness began after struggling for years with hormonal acne, gut issues, and detoxing off of hormonal birth control. Through this personal journey, I found my passion for holistic healing and a deep desire to help others achieve their health goals.

 

From a young age, my dad instilled in me a love for natural healing, and over the years, friends and family have turned to me for advice on how to heal and nourish their bodies naturally. Now, I’m excited to extend this knowledge and support others in moving the needle in their own personal health journey in balancing hormones and navigating preconception, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. 

 

Driven by my passion for nutrient dense home cooking, I believe a diet rich in vitamins and minerals is the key foundation for healing and supporting your body throughout your health journey. My goal is to help you create and follow a personalized plan that combines diet, lifestyle, and supplements to support your body every step of the way.
